Inside of me,
There is an inner child,
Happy, care free, and fun.
Waiting to jump up and shout in class,
Waiting to shine in the sun.

A child, like a new playful pup,
Learning new things,
With a twist tied inside.
A child sorry for all the things she broke.
A child wild inside.
