Don't cry little angel, I miss daddy too, mommy is here, and she needs you too. As we say our nightly prayer, lord bring my husband home safe to me and our daughter.

Don't be sad, little one, daddy had to go, I try to explain with my head hung low. I look at our child, eyes as blue as yours, writing in your letter my heart and hers will always be yours.

Telling our baby you'll be home someday soon, is a lie, that I know, and I feel so low. How can I look her in the eyes and tell her the truth, you may never come home.

My love, life without you is a living hell, as I hear the sound of a bell. Oh god this isn't real, tell me it isn't so, he can't be gone, how can I tell my little angel.

Oh my sweet little angel, daddy is never gone I tell her, he lives right in you, as I point to her heart, she hugs me as we both start to cry. Please remember little one, your daddy died for a purpose.

Daddy died protecting us, our country, our world, our life. I smile seeing my husband in her angelic little face... yes angel daddy died loving you, me and the good old U.S.A.
